In our ever bustling, modern world, we are often in danger of overlooking some of the most fundamental “Life rules” which help us to enjoy a wholesome and healthy lifestyle. Good food is one of these key elements, for without good food we are incomplete in our make-up: a healthy mind and body needs good food to nourish it.

Food From The Braes is a group of independent, low volume quality food producers in the West Aberdeenshire uplands. Members are family businesses, producing high quality, free range or organic produce, direct to discerning customers who appreciate top-quality local produce, non-intensive farming methods and the enhanced tastes and nutritional values of Natural Foods.
